Wedding or Event Packages and Pricing

The following are just a few examples of our most popular rental fees and packages. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Our most requested all- inclusive “Rancho Room” and “Lawn and Garden” buyout package. We close the Rancho Room and Lawn to the public for a 5-hour period. Extended periods of time may be arranged in advance. The average buyout price range is from $15,000 – $30,000 plus tax, administrative planning fee and service charge. The Package prices vary depending on the season, day of week, bar selections and guest count. The menus may be chosen from our banquet selection or we will design a menu especially for you.

Wine, beer, liquor, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, food service, staffing, linens, tables, chairs, plates, glasses, cutlery, set-up and breakdown are all included. An in-house event planner is available for an additional charge. The wedding cake, photographer, flowers, music, custom décor and ceremonies would be an additional expense. (Weddings for less than 100 guests may also be customized)

It also includes the use of the “cottage” and an additional hour for arrival, seating and the ceremony.

A private “Rancho Room” event (50 to 160 guests) The Rancho Room has beautiful vaulted wooden ceilings, brass trimmed fixtures, a permanent oak dance floor, and a built-in stage equipped with professional lighting and sound. The curtains on the north wall open to a panoramic view of the hills. French doors lead out to the Rancho Room deck, brick patio and lawn area.

A private “Western Room” event  (up to 50 guests) Our smaller and more intimate indoor dining room adjoins the classic western bar with wagon wheels and a cozy brick fireplace.

A private “Western Deck” event  (up to 40 guests) A private sheltered deck nestled within the trees is a perfect location for an open-air event. Can be rented alone or in addition to the Western Room.

Day of Planning Services (are available upon request) Starting at $650, based on your needs.

We have professional sound and lighting technicians on staff and an on-site music coordinator for assistance with musical entertainment and bands. The additional cost of the sound system, including the technician, starts at $500 based on your needs. Rancho Nicasio does have outdoor amplified music restrictions and we require approval of your DJ or band.

Rancho Nicasio offers ample free parking on-site. Arrangements may be made with a local bus company to have your guests shuttled to and from the event.
